Executive Sessions are $150 - includes up to 1 hr in the studio or on location (local) and 2 to 3 images retouched plus a disc and copyright release. Additional images retouched at $50/hr.

Findlay Family Album

Vanessa and Luke's Wedding - Rexburg, Idaho

We recently photographed Vanessa and Luke's wedding in Rexburg, Idaho. We truly had a blast. And it was a great thing we photographed them on the temple grounds the night before. The grounds were packed the next day and it was windy, cloudy, and humid.

Executive Photography Sessions - Utah Highway Patrol

Every once in a while, we have a client who needs a few head shots for work. We call these Executive Photo Sessions. They take between 15 minutes to an hour. It's $150 and you get a disc with all of your images, a few of them retouched, and a copyright release. We photographed his family last fall and so he knew just who to call.

Family Photography, Sailboat Willard Bay Utah

Last night my husband Tyler spent some time with the Jensen Family photographing them on their sailboat in Willard Bay Utah. He spent some of the time creating relaxed candid images and some of the time creating individual and family portraits.

We always encourage our clients to bring or use props that help to express family interests or hobbies. We love their idea to enjoy an evening on their sailboat. It's unique and creative. This one in particular caught my eye:

I love how this photographic storyboard shows his amazing personality. Newborn babies are wonderful to work with when they are relaxed and sleepy.

Check list for Moms:
10 diapers +
at least 2 of each color onesie
solid color blankets - bring as many different blankets as you want - but at least 2
long sleeve shirts in solid colors for mom and dad
bottles and formula - they'll want to eat when the lights start flashing - it calms them down
plan for at least 2 hours at the studio

Something I love about photography is that it connects us with people. We become the family's photographer. Five years ago we photographed this bride's sister and brother in law when they married in Salt Lake City and their reception in Rexburg, Idaho. Recently we photographed her sister's newborn baby. And now we were able to photograph Vanessa and Luke who were married in the Rexburg Idaho LDS Temple.

Missionary Photography

We photographed the Allen twins recently. They are preparing to send in their mission papers. It really made me feel great when their mother called me to schedule their appointment. We photographed her son's wedding just over a year ago and as most weddings go, the Bride chooses the photographer. Looks like we made a good impression on the Allen family, so much so that they drove from Ogden to Hyrum for their photography session.

In August, we had the amazing privilege of photographing for Dave Hardy on the Green River in Utah, just below Flaming Gorge Dam. I had photographed some of his wife's floral arrangements for Canterbury in Bountiful, Utah. He asked if we would be willing to photograph his summer fly fishing business with Old Moe Guide Service. Of course! We love being outdoors and this was an amazing adventure. We spent the first day fishing and taking a few photos and spent the next day photographing with a little fishing. The Green River is amazing. The canyon walls are gorgeous. On our way out of town we took a tour of the Dam and got to feed the huge fish down below it.

While on the Green River just below Flaming Gorge Dam and photographing for Dave Hardy, we had the opportunity to photograph for Rivers of Recovery. They had military veterans there and even Channel 2 News. Rivers of Recovery receives donations from around the country, as far away as Florida, and helps with those suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and other challenges facing those who have worked to preserve our freedom.
