Newborn Baby Boy - Harley Davidson Dreams - Cache Valley Infant Photography

We went 'trick or treating' at C* & C*'s home this year and got to see this adorable newborn when he was just a few days old. We photographed his parent's wedding a few years ago. It's such a treat to see their family grow. While we were there his mom and I talked about creating his newborn photos. When I saw his nursery, I knew we needed to take all of our equipment over to their home for the session. Guess what, IT'S NO EXTRA CHARGE, to do that!

So on Monday we went to their beautiful home and spent about 2 hours photographing this little guy. We always plan for extra time with babies. They usually want to eat about half way through the session. And as always make sure you have a lot of diapers on hand. We move slowly and quietly with these little ones. And a sleepy baby is wonderful to work with.

I added a custom texture to this image:

And we moved his bedroom furniture all around to get this photo. I love the dark brown with the cream and orange. It's such a fabulous baby's room. I hope to go back when he is 8 or 9 month old and photograph him in his crib.

Here he is dreaming of riding on his Dad's Harley Davidson motorcycle. That child size Harley Davidson is too cute! Lucky for us they had it. We were going to try and photograph him on his Dad's Harley Davidson motorcycle but he just couldn't get the garage heated up enough and baby it's COLD outside!

I love the little GUESS on his newborn jeans.

And C* is a wonderful mom. She is perfectly cut out for this enormous job. And Ryker is so kissable and his skin is so perfect. I'm sure he gets a lot of kisses.

I love the comparison photos. Just wait until he is a growing teenager who is growing out of shoes left and right!

I had Dad turn up the heat in their home for these photos. Babies do not like the cold. And soft comfy blankets are a must. We don't leave them out of a blanket for long.

4x6 Fold Over Card- Newborn Baby Birth Announcement

Have you seen our NEW fold over cards? They are gorgeous! I design them. The fold over card is a great way to share several photos and keep them large enough to be truly enjoyed. My lab prints them for me and then they score them. They even come with white envelopes.

I retouched every photo of every team member and I like how their Memory Mate turned out. I'll show you those when the UPS man brings them to me.

The C*s - Logan Utah Family Photography

Many of you know Tina and Nikila from Tueller School of Dance. We photographed their son's wedding, and both granddaughters as newborn babies. We've even created a custom 1st Birthday album for the oldest granddaughter. And now we've photographed their family. Tina was telling me this is the first time they've had family photos done without extended family around. This photo session was a big deal! And they look amazing. I love how their clothing choices allow them to stand out against the background and how well it works with the fall colors. This was one of those photo sessions where both Tyler and I were photographing. Of course little P* gave me quite a workout running all over the park, but we had so much fun.

Check out this cute collage. We are having it printed up, mounted on archival safe foam core board, and sprayed to prevent scratches and UV damage. Then it will fit perfectly on an easel or in a frame. Instead of "Our Baby Girl", let us add your child's name.

What's new?

Well, my website will be in a few days! I'm super pumped about that. The colors coordinate with my brochures and blog. I can hardly wait for you to see it.

In the meantime, I'm addressing my thanksgiving cards. It's hard to make a Christmas card out of a fall photo. Anyway, it turned out just lovely and I love my lab's new press printer. Gorgeous work.

And my banner will be here soon. I was talking with them about it yesterday and they said that it's the best work they've seen come through in a very, very long time. That made my day. Of course, you can't go wrong with a model like Sarah. Anyway, I'll post photos as soon as everything is here.
